FAQ
We use a structured reporting process that breaks projects down into clear stages—scope & progress, next steps, and financial updates. Each update comes directly from our project management teams and partner reports, so what you see is the real state of work in the field.
Major project updates are published monthly or quarterly, depending on projected individual project timelines and as interim adjustments as milestones are reached (such as vendor selections, funding approvals, or construction starts).
This ensures you’re seeing information that’s both current and meaningful.
Yes. Each project has a dedicated page with the option to subscribe for email updates. You can also follow GS3’s main news feed for broader announcements and case study releases.
Keep in mind, some information is proprietary and only available to the individual project stakeholders. All information provided here is reviewed and approved for public distribution.
All data is verified against project contracts, financial draws, and on-site reporting. Updates are reviewed by GS3 project managers before being published, so the information is consistent with official reports.
We only share data that has been approved for public release by the Tribal Nation involved. Sensitive details—such as site-specific security information or internal financial documents—are never posted online.
Transparency matters, but sovereignty and privacy come first.
All project data belongs to the individual Tribal Nation or entity involved with a given project. GS3’s role is to manage, track, and present information in partnership with each Tribe, ensuring ownership and control remain in Tribal hands.
Each project summary links to a full case study with a deeper dive into the technical design, community benefits, and long-term outcomes.
