Each project is structured from day one for Tribal ownership. GS3 provides hands-on training, shadowing opportunities, and documentation so your local team is prepared to take full control of operations. Handoff happens gradually, with GS3 remaining available as a mentor throughout the transition.
We stay involved through the full grant or financing period—often 3–5 years—with remote monitoring, diagnostics support, and compliance guidance. Even after that, we remain available for long-term mentorship and technical assistance.
Through the GS3 Solar Academy and SolarTAC facility, Tribal citizens gain real-world experience with live systems. Training includes microgrid fundamentals, advanced O&M, and leadership development—ensuring your team can confidently manage the system.
Systems include warranties, remote monitoring tools, and an O&M plan. Your team will be trained to handle most issues, but GS3 remains available for escalated support or coordination with vendors as needed.
